Reaalprojekt 25 – an evening full of experience, laugter and celebration!

On 9 October, we celebrated Reaalprojekt’s 25th anniversary at PROTO Discovery Factory. It was a special evening that brought together our colleagues, valued partners and friends to celebrate a quarter-century of shared achievements and growth.

The black-and-gold atmosphere, welcome drinks, delicious food and spectacular performances created a festive mood from the very beginning. The evening was enriched by the Tallinn University of Technology Wind Orchestra, featuring the wonderful vocalist Miina Martensoo, energetic dance performances and, of course, Tanel Padar and his band, who brought plenty of music and energy to the stage. DJ Peterson kept the party going late into the night!

One of the most anticipated moments of the evening was the special anniversary video created to celebrate Reaalprojekt’s 25th birthday. Our own employees took centre stage, answering tricky and unexpected questions related to their respective fields. The video concluded with a year-by-year map illustrating the expansion of our work across the years. By the end of 2025, we had completed work across an impressive 2,709 sites. This remarkable achievement reflects the expertise, dedication and collective contribution of our people!

Our humorous panel discussion also provided plenty of laughter and engagement. Led by our host, Meelis Kompus, our management team members Mikk Reier, Guido Laagus and Taavi Sadam explored important and topical issues through the lens of humour. The discussion showed that even serious subjects can be approached in a witty and refreshing way. Mikk also faced a special challenge at the start of the panel: solving a Rubik’s Cube before the discussion came to an end.

Reaalprojekt’s 25 years have been marked by hard work, growth, challenges and shared achievements. This anniversary was about more than celebrating the age of our company — above all, it was about recognising the people who have helped Reaalprojekt grow and become what it is today.
